OPERATIVE CENTER OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIRANA
Its objectives are to give:
- Assistance and information through telephone to all the citizens of Tirana related to their preoccupations and needs for the services the municipality offers.
- Assistance to know all the competences of the municipality and of dependant institutions, respective legal base etc.
- A center to be nearer to citizens in the most favourable ways for them, to ease things for many citizens that do not have the possibility to come many times in order to receive a service from the Municipality.
